Interview has little to do with industry knowledge and more to do with if you're a good ol boy who gets along with the interviewer. It feels as though the company wants to exploit you as much as possible. Use your truck, use your tools. Then they offered low but promised a review in a month. Really strange.
Should have known then but I accepted their offer. No one I know who worked there ever had an employment review until they were fired or quit. Raises don't exist.
