Was sat in front of a computer and had to write code to and UI elements to their app and retrive data from the database. Senior developer came in near the end and had me write an SQL query based on a scenario he described.

We had a brief discussion and then the woman that interviewed me looked through my portfolio. She was very nice and told me there were other candidates more qualified than I was in the areas that they focus in so I didn't receive the job. It looked like a friendly environment, very updated and modern.
