Interview process for a new grad software engineering role was as follows: On campus technical interview with a mixture of resume questions, technical questions, and coding questions (~45 minutes) Call with Director of Software Engineering (~15 minutes) Onsite interview wherein Trellisware flew me to San Diego for a full round of interviews. 9AM-3:30PM and consisted of back to back 45 minute interviews. These were mostly resume related, with some technical and coding questions interspersed. The managers/leads interviewing were actively hiring for their teams, and their areas of expertise were tailored to your experiences. This section also included a facility tour and lunch. (~6.5 hours) Overall, the interview process was intense, especially with fatigue on that long day. That said, HR was responsive and kind, I was kept in the loop on every step of the journey, and I felt valued as a candidate. I appreciate that the process is not as drawn out as other companies and that the employees you interview with are specifically there because they are experts in your resume matter.

Horrible experience. They asked questions which were NOT on my resume. I didn't know why I was invited to the onsite interview. It is not professional to invite a candiate whose resume does not seem to be a match. It was a totally waste of my time. All the questions were memorization questions, not even based on my resume. I will not consider this company even in the future.
