Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Trendspot (San Bernardino, CA) em mai. de 2018
Entrevista
I interviewed with the CEO, who likes to record all first interviews on Zoom to share with the leadership team. I was asked many inappropriate questions about my personal life, especially about having children - because the role I interviewed for required heavy travel between the U.S. and China. During an in-person interview, the CEO went into detail about how he fired the last person in this role because 'she had children' and wasn't available after 7 p.m. That should have been a MAJOR red flag to avoid this company.

Entrevista
Interview process took about two months and consisted of:
Round 1 - 10 minute scheduled intro call with CEO (that lasted an hr)
Round 2 - CEO requested brief analysis of a new product/category that had just launched at a key retailer
Round 3 - 1 hr recorded (recording optional) video interview w/CEO (that lasted 2 1/2 hrs); CEO likes to record and share w/the leadership team instead of making candidates interview w/multiple people and answer the same questions over and over
Round 4 - Project given by CEO to create a line plan for a specific category at a key account; project was vague (probably on purpose) so there were some back and forth questions w/the CEO via email ; he was super down-to-earth and responsive
Round 5 - Casual peer lunch interview w/long-time Creative VP , which gave us the opportunity to get-to-know each other
Round 6 - Final interview at HQ, which included sitting in on an actual leadership meeting and presenting my project to the team
Round 7 - Background/reference check of past 3 CEO's
Round 8 - Completion of DISC profile (helps CEO understand candidates personality and working style w/supervisors, peers, and subordinates)
Round 9 - Job offer
