While largely on track - they took a curiously long time in between the penultimate and final interview - and then proceeded to go cold turkey. I can almost definitely attribute this to their commitment to hire someone at a much lower salary. They just proceeded to keep my candidature in play till they could find someone on a cheaper salary. Because I could honestly find no other reason if I actually go ahead and talk to the co-founder and MD and EVEN they seem excited. So overall - very poorly handled and a distinct lack of professionalism.
The interview process began with an HR screening to understand background and interest, followed by technical and case-based discussions to test problem-solving, analytical, and financial skills. It concluded with a final leadership round focused on cultural fit, communication, and alignment with the firm’s long-term objectives.

Entrevista
3 rounds of interview. 1st round taken up by EVP. 2nd round taken up by Director, 3rd was HR round. Role was explained. Techno functional questions were asked. The mode of work was explained to be hybrid and the interviews were carried out in a good and professional manner
