Interview with 2 sales managers via Zoom. Standard interview questions for a sales position to understand your drive and what motivates you in sales. Received correspondents within 2 days of they really liked you. The HR recruiter was proactive.
Their interview process is very outdated. They ask the same old questions that have nothing to do with actually the job itself. Two people will interview you remotely and you will hear back within 30 mins

Entrevista
It was a multi step process. It's great because you and the company get to make sure it's a great fit for both. I got to meet a few embers of the team, and really look forward to being a part of it.

Light and informative answering all questions as asked. Initial interview was uneventful and the only drawback in the salary in the pay plan. Does not show true value for the position and may be a big turn off for potential employees.
