Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Trespass (Southampton, Inglaterra).
Entrevista
Very casual and easy going, they dint intimidate you with intense questions or anything uncomfortable, all you mention is about your availability and what their rules and regulations are. What contract I'd like to do and if I am needed for more hours they would add me onto them
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Trespass (Glasgow, Escócia) em jul. de 2024
Entrevista
I went through two rounds of interviews for a graphic design position. The first was with the marketing team and consisted of a two-person panel. Both interviewers were professional, welcoming, and the conversation was focused, relevant, and enjoyable.
The second interview, however, was with two of the company directors and was a completely different experience. It was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional interviews I have encountered. Rather than discussing my skills or the role, I was subjected to an interrogation-style series of highly personal questions, including who I lived with, what they did for work, whether I was single, what my father did for a living, and how long he had been in that role and so on. None of the questions related to my experience or suitability for the position.
I left the interview feeling confused. Despite this, I was later offered the role, which I chose to decline. When I explained to HR that the second interview was the reason and that I considered it a major red flag, the response was defensive and dismissive, with no interest in hearing detailed feedback about my experience.
