You will be hired (or not) by the Director of Operations who does most of the company hiring. After some back and forth by email you will probably have a phone interview and maybe a face-to-face (a coffee shop is common). You may also have a second interview with the client before any offer of employment is made. Easy going experience up-front with very few canned interview questions. The client interview can be more intense depending on the client contact.
