Small group interview on site with shadow after to see the lab. Discussion was easy and a lot of follow up questions. The lab is busy and they want to know you won't crumble with a busy job.

Had a 15 min over the phone interview with HR then a week later had a in person interview with tow employees. Then a week past and got notified that they are moving forward with my application.

Phone, in person, and panel. It was a long time to process through HR. Competent, friendly staff. I would recommend this company to future candidates. Salary competitive for level of employment
