The interview process was multi-stage, starting with a phone call, followed by an in person, formal interview with the engineering manager, sales manager, and CEO. I was later called back for another interview with the engineering manager and team leader. Overall, not a hard interview, at the time they were a rather small company so hiring the right person for the job was very important. Everyone in the interview process was very personable, none of the questions were very difficult, they are really just looking to see if they can work with you.

Virtual round table meetings. Big about culture. Be sure you can back up what you claim you have accomplished. Friendly yet distant. Has a good ole boy feel to it. Be prepared to go over procedures.
