The interview was very laid back and I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter and nurse manager. She was very helpful with giving more information about the hospital, the unit and the area in general. She offered specific information about the patient population on the unit and what shifts are available.

Panel interview with multiple units, you get to talk to them for about 3 minutes. Then you get offers from each unit that wants to offer you a position. Must have a phone call interview before getting the in person.

nice interviewers. the interviewers were very professional. the interviewers were very straightforward and simple. i felt at ease the whole time during the interview. they made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

Entrevista
The interview was set up similar to "speed dating," so each person interviewing was able to interview with each unit for 5 mins each, and then transition to the next unit. I liked being able to interview with each unit, but as I now try to weigh my options between offers, I cannot remember which unit was which during interviewing.
