You answer questions from lower and upper level management (although lower level management has no more than a high-school diploma). They ask you about your personal life, like if you have children. Then, you must walk around the office and meet all the other staff to get their personal approval. I was told that the staff didn't get along well with others so they had to meet me first to make sure they would like me. They had to agree that I was acceptable to hire based on personality compatibility, not based on qualification, education, or experience. Work here if you wan to join a cult, but don't deviate from their way of thinking or you will be ostracized.
