Entrevista
In person with CEO and other key management. They didn't have any specific job postings. They are a small shop. Included me on a CC of an internal email asking if the loop had been closed and that I didn't fit what they were looking for. I think they realized this and didn't contact me after. This shows a lack of professionalism not to follow up with the candidate especially when they goofed as they had. The proper process would have been to follow up, give an apology and help the candidate understand the reason to help maintain the integrity of the company and keep a good relationship.

Asked about experience in Consulting, customer relations, how quickly you can learn.
The interview process was twofold. First with the recruiter, then with the Hiring Manager. Met the HM at a quaint restaurant and it was overall a vibe check that we both enjoyed.
