Company Presentation - A brief presentation about the company, what are their focus, their clients, their growth, the work culture. The expectation of the company , the expectation of the candidates etc..
Aptitude written test - Test of logical thinking, time management, stress management, Intelligence, fast response etc..
Technical Written test - Test on technical subjects
Technical Discussion - Second Round of Interview where technical discussion takes place to really assess technical background
HR Discussion - Final Round of Interview where Attitude is evaluated, team work spirit loyalty communication skills etc..

Entrevista
There was an aptitude round and two technical rounds. After which there was HR Round. Aptitude round had most common questions found in interview preparation websites. HR round wa just to check your communication skills. Technical round wa more about C++ and OS related.
