Phone screening followed by an interview.
First step of the interview is a sit down, casual, meet-n-greet with one of the employees. Then I was interviewed by two the the team leads, and then by their supervisor.
After the three interviews, you are taken out to lunch by fellow RSG's. It seemed to me that this part was being conducted to asses how well my personalities would mesh with the team. The company is very "People" oriented.
