Interview 1: Phone screen ~45 mins, Interview 2: Back-to-back Skype calls ~2 hours total, Interview 3: Fly into office and perform two case interviews and have lunch with staff The staff was completely incompetent in the booking process of the 3rd interview so I declined it. They not only took over two weeks to tell me I had a final interview, they rejected a plane ticket booking and told me after the fact to not use 3rd party sites. In addition, they gave me less than two weeks to book the flight and find a rate under their desired range during the holiday season. The task posed was improbable and the help booking was little to none. Don't place your interviewees between a rock and a hard place in the future. Act like you want them there, or else they will read between the lines of how poorly your internals operate.
