I had one 30 minute interview on campus, and then was invited to San Francisco to do 2 back-to-back 45 minute interviews, and then a case study that took about an hour and a half. I got lunch with two workers afterwards.

Whole process took 3 months. First a 15 minute phone screen with a current consultant, then 2 30 minute interviews with principals/managers, then a final day of interviewing with a 15 minute interview with a current consultant, 2 45 minute interviews with 2 executives, and then a 2 hour case study held in a group Microsoft Teams Call

Very conversational interview style. Got to know the principals well and was given lots of guidance from people already at the company with regards to the recruiting process. Screening, behavioral, and then final round with excel case.
