I applied for the position online and had a phone screening over Skype. The interviewer was very accommodating with scheduling as I was in a different time zone. It was very laid-back, like a conversation and lasted an hour and 20 minutes. They later emailed me for the first round of interviews.

The interview was the average kind. We were contacted by email and had an information session the day before the interview. The first interview was behavioral and questions like "why triage?" and "why did you choose to attend the college you go to?" kinds of things were asked. The second interview was a case study and then was contacted for on site.
