Applied online, was contacted by HR/Internal Rectruiters they were very lovely and kind. Day of the intervew was a call over Microsoft Teams, with 3 people. Lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes. The employers read from a list of question, first were competency based questions, second were technical questions. Employers seem uninterested and distant. Employers did not ask or try and work out if I was a good fit for the culture. When asked what the culture of the company was like, I was told "Its something they are working on" but this indicated to me that there was a lack of culture. I declined the job due to the bad feeling I had during the interview, and shared this feedback with the company, who seemed very interested and engaged in improving this experience for others. My general impression from the company was it was a company which was struggling, culture wasn't great and perhaps not the best place to work for, I hope that my impression was however wrong.
