I applied online and was contacted by an HR coordinator to schedule time for a video interview with the CEO. Was a comfortable conversation with good narrative on the future of the company. A week later I had another interview with one of the founders, again a comfortable interview, he seemed very impressed with my background and qualifications. He mentioned they would get back to me shortly. Then nothing. Completely ghosted. I hoped for more from a company that seemed very focused on its people.
