The process was messy and long. communication was not clear. even canceling the interview without any reason.
The interview changed from two team leaders to manager.
the interview was over the phone and was hard to understand. not constructive and was difficult to understand what the interviewer is wanting to find out.
The interview was by determinative comments without asking questions which I found odd.
It sounded from the phone the person read briefly they CV.
