The interviewer sounded really enthusiastic on the phone. The interview was more awkward than productive. I felt like everything I said was met with a very mild response. It lead me to be scared to further answer questions openly. The interview ended with the interviewer saying he was excited to have me on board. There was no reply after the interview, even after a follow-up email. Very unprofessional.
