I was given a phone screen by a senior developer, which included skills questions. This was followed by in-person interview by pair of developers where they told me about their work and projects and I asked questions. Next was an interview by the hiring manager. All developers were at the time brought in as consultants, and most were offered full-time status after three months. The process was facilitated by a staffing agency.
