Engaged by a recruiter for the initial interview in order to schedule a discussion with the hiring manager. Nothing heard back after initial message. I then heard directly from the hiring manager who wanted to schedule time. Nothing heard back after that message. Multiple follow-ups sent to both the recruiter and hiring manager, but ultimately nothing was ever scheduled despite them asking to interview me. My brief correspondence with both the recruiter and the hiring manager was pleasant enough, but Tribute Technology seems to be a bit disorganized in it's ability to find and interview qualified talent. I wish them the best of luck!

Interviewed with HR. Went well, she was friendly. She said I'd need to speak with the Director and that's when the real process would start. I said great and I'd look forward to it. Received an automated email a day later (not from HR) saying they put the role on hold. This could mean a few things but I don't want to read further into it. The person who left the role was basically thrown into it and never asked for it and wanted to go back to her specialization, elsewhere. I think there's a little bit of disorganization or maybe they started this process a little early. Either way it was strange and I've never encountered this before.
