Entrevista
The Interview was scheduled in July 2017 for SAP ABAP Consultant. There were total 4 rounds -
1. Techincal(Face to Face)
2. Techincal(Telephonic)
3. Managerial(Face to Face)
4. HR Discussion(Telephonic).
After completing successfully the above rounds, I received a call from HR for salary discussion and they requested to submit all documents and last 3 months salary slips along with recent hike letter in order to release the offer letter. After submitting all the documents they confirmed to release the offer letter next week. As a result, its' being almost more than 2 months and i am waiting for them to release the offer letter.
I kept on following them on call for last 1 month and always they gave the same response saying that we will release offer next week as it is pending for management's approval. This shows how unprofessional they are, even I asked them to confirm if that position is already filled or on hold, but they again gave false promise and wasted my time and money.
My Sincere advise to management team, please don't waste candidate's valuable time in organizing interviews if you are not sure about your current openings.

Interview process was fine and it took one day.
2 rounds of technical interview. After selection they told HR will be done telephonic.
I got selected but they never responded back. When I called the HR he told he will release offer letter next week but that week never came.
Just waste of time. No professionalism, if the position was filled or on hold at least they should inform, whenever I called they told same thing that they are waiting for approval for offer letter for almost 2 months.
