I had a very positive experience throughout the interview process. The conversation was well-structured, transparent, and gave me a clear understanding of the role, the team, and the company’s goals. I especially appreciated how the interviewer encouraged open discussion rather than just a one-way Q&A, which made it feel more like a genuine conversation than an evaluation.
