I had 4 rounds of interviews. Their process is broken. There is miscommunication between HR and the hiring decision makers. They are painfully slow to communicate and respond to candidates. The candidate experience is poor, and candidates are not treated respectfully. Once an offer is made, the window to accept is short, and they are not open to negotiation. Take it or leave it.
