Entrevista
Bizarre. Twice, an interview w/the hiring manager was postponed. They gave me a link to reschedule. After the 2nd, the next available was 1.5 weeks off. I asked for something sooner. I was resent the same link. I asked again. After all, if they were serious, wouldn't they want to move more quickly? He called me and said the mgr was going to be out the following week. That made sense, so I scheduled the interview while on the phone.
He then asked if I wanted to speak the next Monday. Since that hadn't been a part of the other scheduled interviews, I asked why. He interrupted me saying, "If you don't want to speak with me ..." That wasn't the case, I just didn't understand what that would add. At that point, I felt like I had to accept.
He called me 10min early. I had just gotten out of the shower and was still getting dressed. He asked why I wanted the job and why I thought it was a good fit. Re-reading the job description is the last thing I like to do before an interview, and I like to have it in front of my. I asked if we could circle back to that question. He repeated the same question. I asked again if we could circle back. I was still finishing getting dressed and turning on my computer. He then said that I was unprofessional, as I had been the previous conversation (apparently, he didn't like that I asked the purpose of this conversation), said I was no longer being considered, and abruptly hung up.
Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Trilogy Financial (Denver, CO).
Entrevista
There was a three-part interview process. An initial phone call, then a video interview, and an in-person interview. They asked normal interview questions like strengths, weaknesses, experiences, past performance, tell me about yourself. Overall a pretty smooth process and the interviewers were all open-minded and welcoming.
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Trilogy Financial (West Covina, CA) em abr. de 2020

three steps. phone interview which was thirty minutes, followed by panel interview where there were two panel members, followed by interview with branch manager. In all it was casual, and the branch manager did most of the talking on the phone and in person.
