It was a 2 part process. First, I talked with a recruiter and got a tour. After we discussed things, I had to meet with the Executive Director. I was interviewed by him as well. We discussed pay and benefits. Afterwards, I was offered the job.

My interviewing process was nothing but amazing! Everyone I met during the hiring process were fun! I literally laughed and enjoyed my whole process! I can genuinely feel the love in the building! I can’t wait to grow with this company!!!
