Was interviewed by scheduler, never by DON or nursing staff. Was told about company and duties. Toured facility. Told if interested I would need to do a two hour shadowing. Didn't really say if I was hired or not.

I was told I would not have to take any call or work weekends. After I started, they tried to change the schedule I was promised, and I ended up on call.

Spent about an hour discussing the position and the company. Friendly management. From what I saw, seems to be a nice, clean facility. Due to Covid restrictions, could not tour facility at this time.

I was interviewed by both the DNS and ED . Both the DNS and ED made me feel comfortable , welcomed and appreciated. They also made the whole process fun. Which in return now I feel comfortable going to them if I need assistance.
