Entrevista
Was initially contacted by the HR person scheduling the interviews with the hiring manager. It took just over a week for the hiring manager to set up the initial call. The job description was very broad; the series of questions was much more technical in nature and did not match with the job description. This company is oriented towards development of new products in addition growth through acquisitions. I think that the newer hires are genuine people and the employees that have been there a while are a bit more calloused. I got the sense that the employees work hard and were compensated fairly.

The interviewer went through a list of six sigma tools to evaluate my experience with each tool; the job description specified basic tools; the list of tools presented by the interviewer were more advanced and more technical in nature than expected.
It began with a phone interview with the recruiter, the second interview was with the person who would be your direct manager, and the third was an in person interview with someone from corporate and then people from the office you'd work in
