Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Trinity Industries.
Entrevista
One phone interview. Went well, it was basically a casual conversation. Abruptly went south when I mentioned a summer class that was only twice a week and would make me lose maybe a couple hours a week. They really wanted someone that could work full time. I did not fault them for that.

Why did you choose your major? Do you know what we do here?

Applied online. Phone interview first round. In person interview second round. Interviewed by two people. Also was given a sheet of questions (mostly technical) that you had to answer and send back before the in person interview. Lengthy questions that were not challenging but just very vague so you have alot of room to make an impression and stand out from the rest of the applicants. The in person interview was also very technical so they make sure you have the basic knowledge required for the position before they get into anything else.
