It was quite good and short to the point. Had to go through 2 rounds to see if I was a good match to sell solar. Did not go through too strenuous of a process to get the offer.

What challenges have you overcome that have shaped you?
Pretty good interview, interviewer had great questions and insight on benefits and what to expect. Seems like great company to work for. I got the job today. Looking forward to start with company.
I was recruited, so the process was short and easy. They also had an onboarding training weekend, in which they explained the structure of the business. I felt comfortable starting after that.
