I got called in for an interview with the department. It was a 5 person panel interview. Then two weeks after I got called for an HR interview. They said they would inform me either way via the phone If I got chosen for the position or not. It´s been three weeks since the second interview and no one has said anything.

First a phone interview and then a group interview. The interview went well and I enjoyed the process. The interview was conducted fairly and although I did not receive a job offer the process was fair.
