Entrevista
First call with HR/Recruitment team to talk about the company, the position and briefly about the project. Second call to do a on screen technical test. Basically you'll share your screen and start working in a challenge, a small app in my case. Last call was with the customer to understand a little better about the project, the role and the expectations.

- An HR interview - A lengthy 2 week challange - A technical interview - An interview with the client (which seems like it included... another technical challange) All of these took weeks inbetween. It was the most time consuming process I have ever experienced.
