It was professional and I like the way they interview candidates. Didn't expect the team leader to do my interview. I thought it would be HR but the team leader was great and encouraging throughout the whole process

Of course they asked about what i think my strength is and a couple of 'what if situations happen' questions and how would i handle them
Many interactions through phone and email and one interview on-site. Even after the offer, I have received continuous communication with the company, which makes me feel that the people are invested in the selection and onboarding process with a lot of detail.

Several different interviews with HR/hiring as well as with team members/leaders in the Edinburgh office. Questions regarding my work ethic and experiences but also touched base on a personable level

First we did a HR call that was about 15 minutes to explain the position, then a language test, then we did a manager interview that lasted about one hour with two people.
