- Director of department: negotiation in personality, motivation and company culture
- HR: Motivation, salary, expected onboard date etc

Entrevista
Pros:
One of the peers I spoke with was genuine, smart, and engaging.
Case study panel was structured reasonably well.
Cons:
Chaotic and unprofessional process: Initial recruiter call was followed by a month of silence, then sporadic re-engagement. After another promising step, I was ghosted again for weeks.
Gaslighting communication: When I followed up after being ignored for a month, the recruiter claimed they “must have missed my email” — an excuse that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Lack of transparency: At no point were salary bands, expectations, or role scope clearly communicated. I never even spoke with the hiring manager, which left major gaps in context when preparing for the panel interview.
Time wasted: Multiple follow-ups went unanswered, leaving the process to drag out unnecessarily with no closure. It came across as disrespectful to candidates’ time.
