Applied online, spoke with recruiter who I really connected with (although he was a bit chatty). He prepared me well for the in-person interview, where I was to meet with 3 folks - the hiring manager, a peer, and a direct report. Super cool office, impressive benefits, but when I get there... the hiring manager is at some conference, and I'm instead meeting with a different sr manager. Interviews went well, but I never got to meet the hiring manager. Didn't get an offer... they decided to go with a different candidate, which was disappointing.
