Recruiter worked with me prior to my on-site to make sure I was ready and was familiar with the company values - unlike a number of places I’ve worked TripAdvisor treats its values very seriously and uses them when evaluating candidates - something I’ve done now that I’ve interviewed people for TripAdvisor. Received an offer the day after the on-site. Speed wins.
