Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela Triplebyte em jun. de 2017
Entrevista
I first took an online quiz, after passing that I was asked to schedule a two hour interview the following day. In this interview I did a one hour coding exercise to build out the ui and basic functionality of a kanban (Trello) board. After that I was asked short answer questions questions about basic web technologies. They then matched me with 15 companies and I selected 8-9 that I was interested in learning more about. I did brief "get to know you" phone calls with 6 of those companies. TripleByte then flew me out to San Francisco and arranged on-site interviews with 5 of those companies over 5 days. Total process from quiz to job offer was 3 weeks almost exactly (though they told me it's usually closer to 4 weeks). Working through TripleByte allowed me to skip the bulk of the up-front interviewing process at 5 respectable companies.
I first completed a questionnaire challenge which wasn't too hard then I was invited to a video interview. Video interview was 1-1 meeting. I was asked to build an aop using my favorite editor and framework.

Entrevista
20 question quiz, fast tracked to 2hr interview, comprised of 30 minutes coding & 45 minutes of questioning, discussions & role playing. Definitely not easy, I gave the programming challenge to a friend & he spent hours. Once you're accepted the experience is great, companies I didn't even think would be interested in me are calling me to pitch me on why I should work there, and TripleByte assigns you a "talent manager" who is coaching you even on job opportunities outside of TB. You fee like a celebrity.

The process starts with a quiz which takes 25 - 35 mins, and if you do exceptionally well, you get to skip the coding challenges that come afterwards and go straight to schedule a final remote interview. I was interviewed for their frontend track.
It starts with a 1-hour live coding exercise, not algorithm but a frontend project, with a few stage. It was very html/css focused. You are not expected to finish the project. After the first hour, it was a series of Q&A regarding frontend/fullstack technologies.
