This is a three step process:
First, you complete an online assessment, which pertains to the job you are applying for.
Second, you get invited to interview at the company. This is a panel interview. There are questions about your resume, as well as the standard interview questions.
Third, you will be invited back for another interview with the owner and maybe a director. This process is the same as the first interview. After this interview is over, they may invite you to have lunch at a restaurant with your potential new coworkers.
After this, you'll be informed via email about whether they want to hire you or not.
