There were two rounds of interview. The first one comprised a written test which gauged my English skills, given the nature of the position applied for. The second round of interview consisted of a personal interview with the CEO of the company.

Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Trivone Digital Services (Bengaluru) em mar. de 2016

It was fine until they finally sent me the JD which was for a 'content writer's position even though when I had approached them, my cover letter clearly read 'sub editor' position which they had advertised for on Feb 18,2016 on the 'Facebook Media jobs daily' page.
I went to Bangalore for the test, and cleared it. A skype interview was scheduled with the CEO, which did not happen because he was still traveling. A second skype interview was scheduled with the same person, same time next day. Except I received a call from the COO. After a brief conversation about what Trivone does and having asked me to look up the website again and analyse it thoroughly, I received a second call form the COO in the evening. It was only on this day that I was sent the JD and I noted that it was not for the role I had applied for. I shot an email back to the HR seeking clarification but I did not receive any. So, later, I clarified this with the COO and was told that Trivone does not hire for editorial positions among younger people.
I received another call next morning from the HR handling my case, clarifying the same thing which the COO had mentioned. She also mentioned that they had a 'sub editor' requirement with another manager and she would find out and intimate me later in the afternoon. Needless to say, I did not receive any call that day, or thereafter.
Irrespective of how nice people you have employed, and how approachable you are, you really need to get your management right. I am certain the HR did not read my CV when I sent it across the first time, or take notice of the position I was applying for. I had to call up a second time to confirm an appointment for the test. I know I approached the company but it does not mean it gives you the right to be so laid back. I was only responding to an advertisement you put out. More importantly, what right do you have to pass an applicant up for a lower role without so much as informing them. My time, effort and money traveling to Bangalore and back has been a waste. Quite frankly, I would not advise anyone to seek employment here.
