I went through a recruiter and then three rounds of interviews. The first three went extremely well, and they were about the role and my experience. The last interview was with HR. The HR interviewer was not personable, and the first question was about education. It seemed as if they only wanted people with solid degrees. I have solid years of work experience and a track record. Too bad the company forgets how it originated, and where its roots started.
