Applied online received a link to complete a one-way video interview. The video interview was strange and impersonal and I wasn't really prepared for the questions that were asked so no surprise that I didn't get an offer. I sent an email for an update a few weeks later and received a generic rejection which was better than nothing at all. After the fact, I heard that there were major management issues there so I'm glad it worked out the way it did.
