Pretty disappointing experience. It was clear the boss didn't review my resume beforehand, so he was winging questions on the fly, then going off on tangents that had nothing to do with the role or my experience. Then he mentioned *IF* I got to the second round I'd have to be interviewed by his brother who doesn't actually work for the company, but had some sort of qualifications to judge my skills. Finally, he said he found someone he liked, but was interviewing others to make sure he didn't rush to hire someone. I got ghosted and never got any follow-up, but feeling like I dodged a bullet.
