Pretty softball stuff. Sit in a room with a service manager and answer questions that as long as you do not respond with "smack the customer" you are fine. You will probably have second interview with GM and it is just a repeat. I assume he does not trust the other managers but does not have time to meet everyone. There is a lot of turnover at Trugreen so you have a good chance. You have to ask yourself if its worth it though?
