First round was a phone interview. Typical behavioral questions. Second round was on-site interview. Most questions were behavioral questions based on my resume, and they asked some technical questions related to statistics.

Interview process would have three steps in general only after your resume is selected for so : 1) Telephonic- Pretty casual and friendly conversation with campus coordinator. There might be few questions about your interests and project work. 2) written assessment - mostly about your knowledge in your field of work and current interests. 3) on site interview- HR interview where the interviewer tries to figure out your intellectual curiosity and judges personality and passion about what you do.
