Very thorough and formal corporate interview process. Internal HR team is great - responsive, and clear.
The first round interview is a video recording, which may be more time efficient for most (especially on the TruStage side), but it can be a burden for interviewees who lack a private, professional space. It's a nice idea, but an audio-only option would be far more considerate.
The external vendor running background checks at Sterling is awful - their record keeping is very poor so that when additional information is requested, it's rarely communicated throughout their team. So they may return to you multiple times with the same problem and it's very unclear and stressful.

Entrevista
Interviewers were spaced-out and interview felt rushed. After the fact, we received mixed messaging for next steps, which happened two weeks after the interview. Two weeks after that I received the rejection email. Overall poor communication and experience.

Referred by current employee, received an email from a recruiter requesting a time to set up a phone interview. Recruiter took two weeks to get back to me to confirm a time. One 30 min phone call with her, a week later I had another 20 min phone interview with the hiring manager. A week after that I had an in person interview session with three interviews of 45 minutes each with different managers. Heard nothing back for two months until I finally received a standard rejection email. Interviews were all fairly easy, but I found the whole process tedious and rude.
