Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fui entrevistado pela True Action (New York, NY) em mar. de 2013
Entrevista
Got through the initial application process and was contacted for phone interview. I was asked standard questions for about 30 minutes. Was a little apprehensive about the final round interviews since it was a day long process but it was actually a great way to know the employees as well as the candidates. After traveling/ the dinner the day before I wasn't able to get enough sleep the night before so make sure to plan accordingly.

After a brief phone screen (10 minutes into the call, the recruiter said I would be moving to the final round), True Action booked a train for me to attend an on-site interview day in early March. The event went from Friday to Saturday. On Friday, we attended an evening meet-and-greet with True Action employees and other Marketing Associate candidates. On Saturday, we had four one-on-one interviews with different members of the True Action team as well as two hour-long group projects with 30 minute presentations. Twenty-four hours after the interview, we were required to send an email indicating our interest in True Action, why we would be a good fit, and which office we would like to be in. At this stage, I withdrew my name from additional consideration.

I applied through my career services website and had a half hour phone screening interview. I was informed about a week or two weeks later that I was invited to their final round interviews in NYC. Like others have said, it was a two day interview super day from Friday into Saturday. Friday was a hour long cocktail hour followed by dinner. The ratio at the table for candidate to employee was 1:1, which was cool. I would estimate there were about thirty candidates there. The next day there were four one on one interviews, two strategy proposals, and a couple presentations. I absolutely loved the culture and hearing about the opportunity. Yes it was a long day, but everyone I spoke with was very engaging and was willing to answer any questions I had. I left the experience feeling very eager to join the team.
