Friend who currently works here recommended me. Immediately heard back from Design Manager asking me to come in for an interview. The interview process was extremely short, 20 minutes maximum. The usual questions were asked, (ie. strengths, weaknesses, ideal workplace, how well I work under pressure, favorite project I've worked on). I was also showed around the office as well as introduced to the employees I would be working closely with if hired. Manager was extremely friendly, and the interview was very relaxed and comfortable. After sending a follow-up email the next day, I was offered the position immediately with a start date less than a week from then. The entire process was quick, efficient, and professional.
